It’s been over 35 years since Columbia Roofing & Home Improvement was founded by the Smigelski family in Northern Virginia. Columbia was family run then, and we are proud to say we are still family run today!

Andy Smigelski
Founder & CEO
Andrew "Andy" Smigelski has been in the roofing industry for 35 years. His past experience includes being a project manager and a supervisor of construction. He is state certified and licensed. Andy's experience is in multi-family housing, condos and commercial roofing.
Garrett Smigelski
Director of Operations
Garrett began learning roofing from watching his Father as early as 8 years old, and after graduating High School decided to embark on his career under the tutelage of his father to proudly carrying on the family business name. Garrett specializes in residential re-roofs, new roof construction, and repairs.
Kristina Smigelski
Director of Administration
Kristina brings professional experience supporting Columbia Roofing operations with back office adminstrative functions including scheduling, accounting and order fulfillment duties.
